Well, a year has flown since the administration began to do drastic changes on this site. Such as a change of policy, the general atmosphere of disrespectful users of their site, the way administrators behave towards us deviants. Changing policy of reporting an art robbery, fraud, spam, youthful deviants, pornography, hentai, deviations that are lacking censorship, double standards, laziness’. As usual, a deviantART organization is doing all their best to alien deviants at their site; for the last year and a half, this site lost over 7 million constituents. In 2014, this community had 32 million deviants, now they have only 25 million. They had that much back in 2012, if it was not for those comprehensive changes, this community would have by now 40 million users. Instead of making their site more popular, they are doing everything in their power to be worse than it is, by losing thousands of members a day. What alarms me most are that any extreme change that they have done for the past two years. It's been done on the insidious and silent; just do not know what is going on here. When you ask them why they didn't familiarize you about the latest renovation that was done. They start to act dumb and silly relating how they wanted to familiarize you with the new changes that they made but they were too occupied to deal with it. For one, according to them, there's no such as art crime online because there is no physical being lifted. They've also said they won't do anything about jacked fan art even if it's the original artist who is reporting it. Why? Because we don't own the copyright on the source material, again, for real, seriously.

Further, their argumentation for not allowing third-party copyright reports, it evades the original artist's right to do nothing about it. An operator told me and several other people that in the comments for the "legal reasoning" admin journal post (which was all "these are the ridiculous reasons we've come up with to avoid doing our jobs that we're paid for as admins").

So any of you wonderful people out there who have reported stealing posts of their official owners. You cannot do that any longer here on dA because it robs me of my right to do nothing about it and lets the thief continue to claim it as his or her own. In 4 years of being here, that takes the cake for the most asinine; the admins have ever tried to pedal to us. Because seemingly, they think we're all blithering idiots who couldn't find our way out of a wet paper bag. That one is still boggling me. Whom would the hell want to do nothing about their own work being stolen? I just can't fight THAT level of stupid.
Disallowing third-party reports has taken away our ability to tell the administrators of this site about problem users. Especially repeat offenders, who create accounts to troll and harass others for fun. This is now an easily exploitable loophole for all the wrong people, while the rest of us are forced to watch them continue to get away with their actions.

While art thieves have spent minutes stealing work and hours basking in the ill-gotten attention, many others and I have spent hours of our day searching for the artists. We have pored over dozens of pages on Tineye, SauceNao, and GoogleImages to find original artists of stolen works. Because we cannot stand, seeing them is taken advantage of and disrespected so openly and flagrantly as the art robbers on this site are so fond of doing. Getting in touch with them often needs more effort because there are times when we are required to open Pixiv accounts, Facebook pages, Furaffinity accounts, Wattpad accounts Tumblr pages. Just to tell them about what is going on. Many of us have gone the extra mile to try to reason with art robbers and get them to stop! In response, we were told to kill ourselves, to mind our own business, which we need to piss off and get lives. All because we dared to confront them and tell them that, what they're doing was wrong. Why are we creating tons of anti-TOS violation organizations every day?

Why are we creating a massive list of trolls, spammers, art robbers, pedophiles, and a group of people who mission is to mob someone? ach-theNUTS a pedophile defender and pedophile is only one example. This is because you refuse to do the job for which you are paid; you refuse to care about users who are violating the rules of your site. You are acting as if the site independently and untouchable. You are forgetting that your community can end like MEGAUPLOAD back in 2012. On that, you overlook, you neglected when you 2012-2013 demanded us to sign a petition to stop the unwanted SOPA-PIPA law. That was when we were needed you, right? You don't need us anymore. Now I see. Your dumb excuses why you need the whole eternity to respond on our card are ridiculous and pathetic. We are waiting for you for seven months to respond to our ticket. Hire more operators to perform for you, stop intensifying prices for a subscription, stop-wasting tons of money on useless features. And for once in your life, start focusing on more important problems that we are having right now. Especially problems, which we named above, because what EnvySkort said here is all 100% true. You will kill this site if you continue with your action that you are performing it now. Now, problems like this are shoved back in my face and the disrespectful actions are allowed to happen because I'm not the direct victim.

Tell me something. Why do police often rely on the help of witnesses when trying to solve crimes? Why do we have hotlines for anonymous tips, why do we have signs on the road to call 911 to report drunk drivers? Why do we have to witness protection programs and call witnesses in to testify in court to either put bad people in jail or defend good people from wrongful accusations?
The answer is simple: even if you are not a direct victim of an issue. Any objective knowledge or observations you have on the subject matter in getting the issue resolved.

ANYWAY!
Let's move all these bad things to the side and talk about something positive for once in our lives. For example, how's at school? Are the teachers started to harass you and make you do your homework?

On another idiotic dA policy, here's a scenario:

Concerned Citizen: "Officer, come quick! Someone is being assaulted in the nearby parking lot!"
Police Officer: "Have the victim file a report, otherwise I don't care."

That's pretty much how the dA staff deal with harassment and bullying.
