We encountered an unwanted user called TheRebels Phoenix; this user has the habit of attacking other users, blackmailing them, mistreating them, and abusing the DMCA application. My recommendation for you is to block this fellow. This person adores creating unnecessary drama, stalking, attacking, harassing and bullying other people on the Internet. There is a lot of evidence against her, which you can use in your application, such as statuses and archived URL addresses that a friend of mine VllBECHECK included in her journal.

1. Abusing the DMCA Applications for their commissions and gift art;
2. Critique abuse, showing no signs of gratefulness on gift art;
3. Doxxing, posting other people's addresses and personal information online. They posted SwiftYuki's personal information on 4chan, Tumblr, Picarto.TV, and Skype;
4. Sending false halt and desist letters hiding behind false company names;
5. Blackmailing and harassment;
6. Sending death threats and emailing Yuki to tell her to commit suicide;
7. Spoof calling SwiftYuki to gain more information to blackmail with (confirmed police record as well of this);
8. Slander, they've posted journals below slandering people and garnering fake sympathy while causing issues;
9. Circumventing the obstruction on Tumblr, DA, FA, Picarto, Facebook, and Patreon;
10. Framing and impersonation.
There is a person hunting around DeviantArt and has been trying to defraud people and circumventing the block that she got from others. Her name is TheRebels Phoenix (I am trying to avoid tagging her. She has to search for this magazine if she's planning to find out where all these people are coming from). The person has an atrocious attitude; she will blacklist you on her profile and harass you with callout journals, forum, statuses, alternative accounts or whatever after you obstruct her. The point of this entry is to bring forth a ton of the incriminating evidence of her harassment from other people who have had problems with her. In that way, anyone can spread this journal around, and prevent anyone else from falling prey to her scheming.
